James Marriott

James is a UK qualified solicitor and is registered with the Swedish Bar Association as an EU Advokat. He has broad experience advising and drafting agreements on Intellectual Property related matters, data transfer and data protection, GDPR, life sciences (including clinical and pharmaceutical research)and general commercial law.

James has also worked as a Legal Adviser to the judiciary within the UK court service, advising on child protection and family law issues and has experience working as a consultant to the OHCHR.

He took up Master’s degree in Applied Language Studies; Computing at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England and finished Bachelor of Law at the The College of Law in London, England.  He got his TEFL certificate in 2006 which means he is also an excellent mentor aside from being a qualified legal practitioner.

James has varied experience that allows him to provide expert consulting services to his clients from both a legal and business perspective.
